Steven Richard Carlisle, 84, passed away October 24, 2018 at his home. Born April 11, 1934, Salt Lake City, Utah to Richard and Gladys Cundick Carlisle. Married Norma Jensen.
Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survived by wife, sons, Randy, Michael, Craig and Bret.

Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, October 30, 2018, 11:00 a.m. at the Cottonwood Stake Center, 1830 East 6400 South.
