Stephanie Ellen Crossley Salisbury, deeply loved mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away on January 31, 2021 at her home in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Stephanie was born on August 17, 1966 to Ellen Whitaker McPhail and Stephen LeRoy Crossley in Ogden, Utah.  She was raised in Davis County, Utah.  After graduating from Davis High School with honors, she met her husband, Scott Salisbury (later divorced).  Together they had three children: Stefan, Skye and Sydnie.  They were her greatest loves and accomplishment.

Stephanie worked at Salt Lake Executive Airport, and did accounting for Coca-Cola and D. Grant Ltd.  Most recently she spent the last 11 years as an office manager in the food service equipment industry.

The simple pleasures in life brought great joy to Stephanie.  She loved music, her pets Milo and Buddha, home décor, good food and being outside in the sunshine.  Seeing live music was a favorite pastime and she had a love of the beach.  Oxnard, California and Hawaii were two of her favorite places to put her feet in the sand.

Stephanie’s cheerful attitude and bright smile were contagious to everyone she met.  She is described as kind and gracious by all who knew her.

Stephanie is survived by her mother, Ellen Whitaker McPhail, her siblings Becky Jensen (Dan), Debbie Snyder (Brad), Jeff Crossley (Lisa), her children Stefan, Skye and Sydnie Salisbury, nieces and nephews Whitney, Bryson, Jake, Gavin and Elle.  She is preceded in death by her father Stephen Crossley and her step-father David McPhail.

A memorial service will be held at 12:30 PM on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
