Samantha Gustafson

Our loving wife, sister, mother, granddaughter and friend to many, Samantha Chase Petty Gustafson passed away on August 6, 2019 at Jordan Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family.  She died from a rare form of heart failure caused by an overactive thyroid. She was born on May 3, 1991 in Salt Lake City to James Cornwall and Colleen Day Petty. Samantha had a sweet and a charitable spirit and will be sorely missed by all she came in contact with.

She is survived by her husband, Luke Gustafson, her grandparents, Carol and Jerry Diana, her brother, Zachary Petty, son, Bodhi Petty and many cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 13th at 1880 W Parkway Blvd., West Valley City, UT.  There will be a viewing on Monday August 12th from 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the funeral at the same location.  Interment will be in the Bountiful City Cemetery.
