Robert Glen Taylor

Rob Taylor, loving, husband, father, agrandfather, at the age of 70, passed away on March 28th, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Born April 11th, 1952, Salt Lake City, to Marjorie and Robert Taylor.  Married to Brenda Tremayne Taylor, July 15th, 1977, on a mountain pass. 

Served in the armed forces, National Guard.

Rob (Robbie) was wonderful man, husband, father and grandfather.  He was the most selfless man and adored his loving wife, Brenda.  Rob had a passion for the outdoors, loved camping, hunting, fishing, and running rivers. His favorite place to spend his time was at the Taylor family property “The Cabin” in Oakley, Utah.   Rob loved sports and always had a game on the television.  He was a huge fan of the Utes and a diehard Seahawks fan.  He also enjoyed coaching his kids in baseball and softball.   

Rob is survived by his wife, Brenda, Son’s Sean (Tammie)Taylor and Devin (Stephanie) Taylor, Daughter, Robyn (Nick)Funcannon, and six Grandchildren, Braden, Camron, Nicole, Taylor, Cody, and Cambrie.  

A private celebration of life will be held at a later time with close family and friends.  He will be greatly missed.
