Richard Bulger

Richard Alan Bulger passed away unexpectedly at home on August 6, 2021.

Born November 3, 1952 to Jerry and Jack Bulger in Lynnwood, CA.

Survived by his beloved soulmate of 21 years Gail S Hurley. He was especially thankful for his supportive brothers Steve and Gary Bulger.

Rich’s interest in optics lead him to the top of his class at optical college. He earned his Optician Certification through the American Board of Opticianry in CA.

His life was fulfilled by his passion for music, playing guitar and God. His fondest childhood memories included his participation in the music ministry at Rosewood Christian Church in Compton, CA.

A special mention goes to his constant canine companion, Rudy, whom he and Gail rescued in 2014.
