Matthew Eric Haslam, passed away September 19, 2024. Born February 18, 1972 Salt Lake City, Utah to Albert John Haslam and Brenda Sorenson Haslam. 

Married Rachel Marie Schofield September 6, 2008. Later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple.

Matthew had a big smile that was so bright that it would light up the night. He was a very compassionate and loving person who only wanted the best for everyone. He was a prankster and had a great sense of humor. He truly loved his wife, Rachel. She was his everything. He served a two-year mission as an ordinance worker in the Jordan River Temple.

Survived by wife, Rachel Haslam, mother, Brenda Haslam, siblings, Ruth Haslam, Mike (Angie), Mark (Libby), Rebekah (Tildon) Jones, Sarah (Keith) Lundskog. Many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Funeral services Tuesday, September 24, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1845 East 7200 South. A visitation will be held prior to service from 10-10:45 a.m. Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates.
