Mary Ellen Levandowski, our beloved mother and grandmother passed away on November 1, 2014 of natural causes in Salt Lake City, UT.
Born October 27, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN to Charles Henry Cannon and Doris Irene Kelly. Preceded in death on September 18, 2004 by her husband Thomas Levandowski, Jr. Survived by sons, Paul Levandowski and John Levandowski, daughter, Ann Schmolinski, grandsons, Nathan Levandowski and Joshua Levandowski.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, November 6, 2014, 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 Spring Lane (5000 S.), Salt Lake City, UT 84117. The Vigil will be celebrated Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 7:00 pm at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South), Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121 where friends may call from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA.
