LouJean Boman Middleton
1930 – 2015
LouJean Bowman Middleton, beloved wife, mother and grandmother peacefully passed away on February 3, 2015 in Riverton, Utah. Born August 24, 1930 in Ogden, Utah to Arthur W. Bowman and Genevieve West, mom lived in Wilson Lane until August 11, 1948 when she married her sweetheart Henry J. Middleton in the Logan LDS Temple. She is survived by her loving husband and children: Connie (Jeff) Snarr, Craig (Peggy) Middleton, Brent (Tracy) Middleton, Michelle (Jeff) Thomson, 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, siblings: Art (Bonnie) Bowman, Marilyn Garner, Robert (Donna) Bowman.
A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, LouJean served faithfully in many callings and, for twenty seven years, in the Jordan River Temple. Her devotion to her family was unmatched. She loved music, traveling, and family trips to Lake Powell. Her friendships were for life and she lovingly taught and nurtured her family to her last breath.
Funeral services will be held Monday February 9, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at the River Ridge Stake Center, 10168 S. 1100 W. in South Jordan. Friends may call Sunday evening, February 8, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd (7600 S) or Monday morning 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral services.
