On February 5, 2025, our beloved Lisa Petersen Layden took her final breath on Earth, leaving a void in the hearts of those who know and love her.
She graduated from Skyline High School in 1979.
Lisa is survived by her son Parker Layden, her grandson Nolan Rain, along with her beloved sister Bonnie Petersen Robbins, Brother-in-law John Robbins, nieces Rennie and Raegen Robbins, and Aunt Heather Griffiths.
“Lili” loved fiercely and survived many losses at a young age. Her compassion for others was the blessing of her traumas. Her work family at St. Marks Hospital know the “hearts” she cared for, including the patients she served. Her friends and family will always remember her infectious laughs, lingering hugs and curls-upon-curls. Lisa carried so much Light in her heart and may she now Rest In Love.
Following her wishes for cremation, Lisa will be returned to her Grandfather's Ranch where the Petersen family enjoyed so many joy-filled days together.
A Light-Filled Celebration Of Life will be held for Lisa on Friday, February 28 from 6:30-8:30 pm at Siempre Utah located at 1283 E. Mike Weir Drive, Draper Utah 84020.
May she rest in peace knowing our love!
