Kathleen Prutzman, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away November 16, 2012 at her home.
Born February 28, 1931, Plymouth, PA to Edward Francis Maxwell and Nellie Ayers Maxwell. Married her high school sweetheart, Ernest C. Purtzman on August 26, 1950 in Plymouth, PA.
Kathleen graduated from Plymouth High School in the class of 1949.
She was a hard task master and feisty. She had an Irish temper, coupled with an Irish sense of humor. She was very protective of her family. Kathleen had a kind heart and her home was always open to her children’s friends, especially when they needed a place to stay, and she always had time for everyone. She took in the various pets her children brought home. Wendover was her home away from home. She will greatly missed by all that knew her.
Survived by husband, Ernest children, Wayne, Gary, Kath Prutzman and Gail (Joe) Kennedy; grandchildren, Kory Prutzman and Jake Kennedy.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 S.). Interment Veterans Memorial Park, Bluffdale, UT.
