Jane C. Cole, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully October 11, 2015 surrounded by four generations of family and friends .  Born January 1, 1939, Salt Lake City, Utah to Joseph and Thelma Abbott Campbell.  Married Gary C. Cole on December 24, 1958, Salt Lake City.

Jane graduated from West High School.  She enjoyed teaching yoga for Butler School District and worked for the State of Utah, Office of Recovery Services for several years.  She became a real estate broker and worked hand in hand with her husband, in their businesses, Garco Real Estate and Garco Builders.

Jane was very proud of her life long accomplishments. Especially her children, grandchildren, and great grandson. She loved her beautiful log home in Star Valley, WY, and sitting with the love of her life on the front porch swings with countless family and friends who stop by. She loved the moose and deer that would stay for countless hours morning, noon, and night that filled their hearts with total amazement.

Jane was very blessed to have so many dear friends. She cherished the love and the support from all family, friends, and a loving thanks to the medical doctors and nurses  that gave her so much hope and care.  She always brought the best out of people and they always loved and felt her energy and love for life. Love you Jane, God speed.

Jane was the white light in the lives of all who knew her. No grandmother was more giving, no mother more understanding, no wife more loving, and no friend more treasured. Her life was dedicated to enriching the lives of those around her, and she succeeded at this goal in every way. Though she will be dearly missed, Jane would prefer her life be celebrated in the manner in which she lived it -- with a smile for both friends and strangers, and a moment of fond reflection for all the joy she brought those who were blessed to know her.

God does not usher in the night to blanket the world in darkness. He ushers in the night so we may marvel at the stars. Jane loved a night sky and now she is a part of it -- ever present to dazzle us with her white light.

Survived by husband, Gary C. Cole; daughter, Michelle (Chris) Muirbrook; grandchildren, Nicole Sheridan, Jason Muirbrook and one great grandson, Gus.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, 11:00 a.m. at Wasatch 5th Ward, 8100 S. Top of the World Drive (3675 E).  A visitation will be held Saturday, at the Wasatch 5th Ward from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to service.
