Ethel Mae Haverstock was born in St. Joe, Indiana. She lived with her family, grew to maturity and went to school there. In 1937, she met and married John L. Haverstock in Fort Wayne, Indiana. They are the parents of seven children. They moved to Idaho Falls in 1975. John and Ethel served a mission in the Kentucky, Louisville Mission in 1979-80. After their mission, they moved to Salt Lake City. Mr. Haverstock died in 2000, and Ethel has been living with her daughter, Johnel Orcutt of Cottonwood Heights.
Mrs. Haverstock is survived by, Johnel Orcutt, Bill (Megan) Haverstock of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Pamela (John) Rosenthal of South Jordan, Utah; Jonquil (Sid) Beattie of Idaho Falls, and Bob (Lilly) Haverstock of South Jordan. She has 25 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the LDS Church located at 6890 South 2225 East, 12:00 p.m. with a viewing prior to service from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. Interment Salt Lake City, Utah.
