In Loving Memory of Elaine Larson Barr (Terri), 75. 

Elaine Larson Barr, affectionately known as Terri, was born November 30, 1948, and passed away January 17, 2024, at the age of 75 surrounded by family and loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. She embraced life with her whole heart and touched the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

Terri was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, sister, dog mom, and friend. Her love and compassion knew no bounds, creating a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She approached life with a positive spirit and an unwavering strength that inspired those around her.

Terri faced and conquered numerous challenges, including a courageous battle against cancer, the heartbreaking loss of her husband Ed Barr, and various health scares and issues. Through it all, she demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance, becoming a beacon of hope for others facing adversity.

She is survived by her loving son, Robert (Bobby) Edward Barr Jr., who cherishes the lessons of resilience and love that she imparted. Her sister, Paula Thomas, who shared a lifetime of memories and experiences with her.

She is proceeded in death by the love of her life Ed Barr, her Mother Fern A Larson and Father Leo V Larson.

Beyond her family, Terri leaves behind a world of friends and many of her closest at RC Willey’s who were touched by her kindness, warmth, and genuine nature. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew her, a testament to a life well-lived. She was ashining light in the darkness for so many people.

A memorial service to celebrate Terri's life will be held on [January 24, 2024, Viewing at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am] at [7th ward LDS Church 1355 E 7200 S]. Friends and family are invited to join in remembrance and support.

May Terri rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so generously shared during her remarkable journey through life.
