Claudia, loving wife, mom, grandmother passed away peacefully at home on October 6, 2015. Born in Inglewood, California, on October 24, 1952 to John and Margaret Scott Johnson.
Claudia loved the ocean, skiing, tennis, scuba diving and her dogs. She was one of those people who was a great force of life and whoever met her remembered her. (whether you liked her or not). She lived life the way she wanted despite rules and conventions and was herself always. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survived by her best friend and husband, Kevin; daughter, Courtney (Joshua) Miser; son, Leo Castleton; brother, John “Bud” (Gloria) Johnson and sister, Maureen Beuning and grandchildren, Bryson, Abrianna and Aurora. Previously married to Don Castleton. She will forever be in our hearts.
If you would like to share in a celebration of the joys of her life, a get together for family and friends will be held at her friend’s home, Friday, October 9 th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at 5107 S. Westmoor Road, Salt Lake City, Utah.
