Christopher Patrick Parlette Sr.

Christopher Patrick Parlette Sr., passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2011. He was born on March 20, 1964 in Stamford, CT, to his loving parents Audrey Wynn Parlette and Richard C. Parlette Sr.
He was a 1982 graduate of Brighton High School and proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was currently employed by Knight Furniture in Sandy.
Chris was a generous spirit with a heart of gold. He enjoyed camping in the canyons, cheering for the N.Y. Mets and the UConn Huskies, and making people laugh, but most of all, he treasured his time with family.
Chris is survived by his beloved sons Christopher Jr. and Zachary, his sister Patricia (CT), brothers Richard (UT) and Peter (CA), nieces Jamie (Jordan) Anderson (TX) and Megan (CA), nephews Christopher (Ashley) Schaff (IL), Michael (Candace) Schaff (CT), Mark (UT), Matthew (CA), and Jonah (CA,) along with many close and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to his sons' health and educational fund may be sent to Richard C. Parlette Jr., 7654 Brighton Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84121.
A memorial service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Flat Iron Park, 1700 East 8600 South in Sandy.
